Charming gite located in the heart of a vineyard with a bathroom and terraces. It offers home-made breakfast.

Louis Noetinger and his family have taken over this Andalusian-Catalan-style family home, revamped the decor, added a few bathrooms and now have a charming new gîte just outside Perpignan, 5 minutes from the freeway. The 18th-century house is set in the middle of vineyards. The bathroom features a Second Empire cast-iron bathtub. Terraces, courtyard and patio complete the ambience. 3 double rooms are available year-round, 5 in summer. Breakfast includes baguette, freshly squeezed fruit juice and homemade jam.

Excellent choix. Mas catalan authentique chargé d'histoire. Au calme tout en étant proche du centre de Perpignan. Belle décoration. Bel espace extérieur. Parking privé. Le propriétaire est accueillant, chaleureux. Séjour parfait.
