Apartment with terrace a few steps from the shops
It will be difficult to find more central accommodation! In the heart of the city, on the very lively Place de la République, this 4-storey building houses 8 apartments that are furnished and equipped with a kitchenette. The decoration is simple, contemporary and tasteful. Each apartment has a sitting area with sofa, armchairs (or both) and a flat-screen TV. On the top floor, the "Republique" has a very beautiful terrace and "Catalogne" has a mezzanine. On the second floor, "le Castillet" has a balcony with a view of the square. To summarize, the four larger apartments have a dining area and views of the square, while the smaller have views of the rue Mirabeau and do not have a dining area. At the foot of the building, you will be spoilt for choice between cafés and restaurants with sunny terraces. Moreover, all shops are just a few steps away (a Monoprix is less than 100 m and a market of fresh produce is held on the square). Ideal for a tourist or business stay while keeping its autonomy, Petit Futé had a huge crush!
