La Taverne also boasts a terrace, perfect for enjoying the sunny days. This crêperie offers generous, home-cooked cuisine made with local produce. Here, crêpes and galettes are prepared in traditional Breton style, with a Catalan twist. Let yourself be tempted by buckwheat pancakes topped with Guémené andouille sausage, melted cheese, gravlax salmon or ham and egg. Sweet crêpes, meanwhile, offer a palette of flavors ranging from salted butter to homemade spreads, as well as original creations like Banoffee or Grand Marnier. Un vrai délice, c’est copieux, le rapport qualité/prix est super ! Et les desserts sont tout aussi bon.
Je reviendrais avec grand plaisirs profiter d’une table en extérieur à l’ombre l’été.
S'adaptant au palais des catalans vous devez demandé au chef plus de beurre pour la cuisson.
