For almost 40 years now, the Cano House has been active in Palau del Vidre to delight your taste buds. Experience and professionalism are the keys to longevity. Julien and his mother welcome you to this small village in the historic centre, unknown and to be discovered, and will be your guides to discover the good meat: the farm pig is of course honoured (as in all the good brands in Catalonia) but also the local beef and some pretty homemade dishes. Julien can also prepare a suckling pig, mechoui or roast lamb on request. Diversity, quality and know-how are the recipes for the success of this small brand that is very much in the spotlight.
