Foies gras, whole, half-cooked, with figs, with two peppers, with truffles, duck rillettes, confit, magret, terrines and small local dishes. You will have plenty of time during the visit to the farm and the canning factory in the middle of cork and holm oaks to appreciate the daily work of this family.
