We offer you this nugget on the border of the Aspres and Vallespir where Laurent grows saffron at the foot of the Canigó. Attached to his land, proud of his work, Laurent will tell you about the saffron from the picking, through pruning and drying. But also its medicinal use since 8 000 years, antidepressant, antiseptic, healing, aphrodisiac, anti-carcinogenic... A real "alicament". He will give you some recipes such as tiramisu with saffron, saffron crème brûlée and will make you taste his honeys and citrus fruits.
