A mechanic's garage transformed into a brewery! When some pretend to change water into wine, others change oil into beer. That's what Christophe did, simply by creating the micro-brewery of Bas Vallespir! The Blaoblank, born in 2017, is the foam that rises in the department. Particularity of brewing, the beers are made from a culture of yeast maintained brew after brew. Blanche, IPA, Red Ale... you will find them in the shop, in the best shops and in more and more local restaurants.
