Mantet, a high-altitude village at the end of the world that we love because it's so quiet (really quiet), has just opened a craft brewery. Senglar is a pretty hop beer born 10 years ago, alternating between blond, brown and amber. This beer is different, a little offbeat and delicious, because it's made with water from the Mantet spring and local herbs. A mini brewery on the first floor of the family home for a mini village, but a maxi devotion and love of a job well done. To be enjoyed chilled after a great hike!
