Gîte offering a beautiful view of the mountains in the heart of the forest of Scots pines from Matemale to Les Angles.
In the heart of the Matemale pine forest and its eponymous lake, in a magnificent wooded setting, Kerstin and Olivier welcome you to their gîte, essentially built of wood and comprising 4 bedrooms (with bathroom and toilet) and a dormitory. The decor is simple and rustic, like a mountain chalet, with parquet floors and exposed beams. All rooms have mountain views. The table d'hôte, made mostly with local produce - civet, raclette, fondue, cheese platters, all homemade - is very popular.
