The reputation of Boniface is firmly established, they are the reference in shellfish! Set on the pond of Leucate since 1973, the third generation of this family of fishermen and farmers exploits 26 oyster parks. The "Parc Pedros" is the special oysters of Boniface. Oysters and other shellfish are bred and refined by them and get out every morning of fish ponds of Leucate to make up superb plates, from €24. It is the love for good, beauty and quality that has enabled this family to move ahead from the small hut in Leucate to the current four points of sales.
