Mas d'En Reste is an old Catalan farmhouse, rather imposing but subtly restored, perched on the foothills of the Albères in a wild and magnificent setting. In this country where cork oak and granite are king, your hosts offer you a 150 m2 cottage that can accommodate up to 8 people. Period furniture, authentic fireplace area, old bread oven, old granite sink, it is certainly rustic but the rooms are spacious and decorated with care. From the terrace, the views over the Vallespir plain and the Canigó massif are simply magnificent. The environment is untouched by any other construction and offers complete tranquility over an area of 300 ha. The house is part of the so-called Mas d'en Rest complex, a very old property of the Rest of Roca family, which has been settled there for centuries. Looking for a walk? Ask your hosts to inform you about the many excursions to do: Néoulous peak, Ullat pass, dolmen... Finally, the farmhouse seems far from everything but very paradoxically, you are 45 minutes from the beaches and a quarter of an hour from Spain.
