One place, four shops: two market gardeners, one beekeeper and one organic snack bar. Open in summer, this roadside area facing the junction for Lac des Bouillouses is the ideal stopover to stock up on good local produce, healthy and tasty. You will find delicious fruits and vegetables from the plain at a very reasonable price. The famous Rucher de l'Ours d'Axat also set up a pretty stand rich in colours and flavours. Finally, the ideal break to enjoy a local fruit juice or a traditional beer is at the Palette Gourmande, facing the Cambre d'Aze. The point of view is simply sublime! We really liked this place with a family spirit and oriented towards the development of the terroir. A real alternative to supermarkets.
