Christine and Fabrice grow cherries, apricots, plums and olives (olive variety) that they sell on the farm. You will also find their fruit juices, jams, olive oils. The jams are made from the fruits of their orchards selected for their taste and processing qualities. Not to mention the flower confit on which Christine lifts the veil: "We keep many plants around our orchards that play an important role in the ecosystem.
