On a landscape of successive terraces of rolled pebbles typical of the Aspres lowlands, Jean-Sébastien (a great defender and admirer of natural wines) relies on low and concentrated yields, hand-picking and trusting in indigenous yeasts to produce a 100% ecological natural wine. The result is a little marvel of suppleness and delicacy in the mouth. To all those who believe that the wines of Roussillon are full-bodied and tannic, come and taste the wines of the Potron-Minet estate, it is like silk that slides under the palate!
