Kate has converted the old water mill at Fosse into gîtes in the heart of a park of almost 2 hectares. The 4 houses are isolated from each other and have independent access to the river. The modern renovation has preserved the rustic and rural character. At the Moulin de Perle, the visitor enjoys a privileged relationship with the water: remains of the medieval water mill, the presence of the stream and its gentle murmur, a small reservoir for a big splash on hot summer days... The place is calm and relaxing. Love at first sight guaranteed!

Kate and her daughter, Emma, were full of local knowledge, tips, and ideas for things to see and do, and they couldn't have been any sweeter.
