Arnaud Geslin, patissier-chocolatier and magician of good taste, passionately crafts cakes and entremets to be sinned by gourmandise. If you're hesitant about the strawberry-basil ganache, passion fruit, whisky, almond paste, Sichuan pepper... you're entitled, but don't miss his incomparable hedgehog, for which he's famous, and his handcrafted hot chocolate with 70% Madagascar cocoa, a real treat!

C'est le mot" intense"!!
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés j'ai pris quelques hérissons pour le goûter avec mes enfants c'est une tuerie !!!

Merci au Petit Futé de nous avoir fait découvrir cette boutique. Nous serions presque passé à coté si nous n'avions pas eu le guide des Pyrénées Orientales. Un magasin de gourmandise et la réputation de ses hérissons au chocolat n'est pas usurpée. Hélas, nous avons oublié de faire la photo avant de les manger !
