Bistro with terrace offering good dishes based on local products.
Joëlle and Didier, the former managers of the Petit Resto of the Green Valley of Lamanère moved to Coustouges to take over the Petit Bistrot. On the terrace or in the dining room, Didier (trade butcher) will concocve you delicious pastries of pork or rabbit and surprise you with its suspended beef skewers. Local products like the valley cheeses are also honored. Like all the small mountain village restaurants, you will be warmly welcomed in a family atmosphere. Note that the reception of groups is possible in the adjacent party room at the hotel.

Plat : Magret de canard avec gratin dauphinois - Pièce sans saveur, cuite sans aucune préparation et accompagnée de... frites.
Dessert : Oublié.
Bilan : Une facture à 60€ pour deux et un déjeuner de mauvaise cantine.
