A few km after Corsavy on the Batère road, the Bergerie de la Cazette is easy to find, it is the first and only farm on the right hand side. What a panorama on the border with Spain and the peaks of the Alta Garrotxa! It must be said that we are more than a thousand metres above sea level here. In the sheepfold under the house you can choose between tomme, soft cheeses and fresh cheeses: mato, yoghurt and brousse. The cherry on the cheese is the visit of the small maturing cellar where the tommes are lined up on spruce boards.
