This little restaurant tucked away in an alleyway a stone's throw from the seafront is a Collioure classic. Its Catalan inspirations are strongly tinged with fusion cuisine, to the delight of your taste buds. The chef likes to surprise his customers, and the contract is fulfilled. Without revealing the chef's secrets, we can tell you that there's a real love of Asia, and especially Japan, in the composition and execution of the dishes: tuna, salmon or simply pork are magnified in this inventive and surprising cuisine.

The wine list is well curated, and the owner – clearly passionate and attentive – recommended the perfect bottle to match our dishes. All of this in a warm, welcoming atmosphere, accompanied by soft salsa music in the background. A high-quality restaurant we wholeheartedly recommend – and one we’ll definitely be returning to.
