This little restaurant tucked away in an alleyway a stone's throw from the seafront is a Collioure classic. Its Catalan inspirations are strongly tinged with fusion cuisine, to the delight of your taste buds. The chef likes to surprise his customers, and the contract is fulfilled. Without revealing the chef's secrets, we can tell you that there's a real love of Asia, and especially Japan, in the composition and execution of the dishes: tuna, salmon or simply pork are magnified in this inventive and surprising cuisine.

The food is beautifully and creatively presented, always with amazing flavors. I don’t know what the dessert was called but it was SO GOOD.
I can’t find any negative points for this restaurant, everyone was very happy with the experience!
