A tiny 4-hectare estate with the wind in its sails. A small estate that has opted for organic and natural wine: zero chemical inputs and only living ingredients! The winery is in Céret, but the vines are located in the foothills of the Albères on sandy-stony soils. Hervé, a great defender of ecology, pampers his vines from the vine to the glass. We love his wines, because they are true to life and free from any intervention... They're alive! We love the labels and the names of the cuvées, which are full of poetry. A winemaker to watch.
