On an excellent, high-altitude terroir of predominantly limestone, Raphaël tends 8 hectares of vines using certified organic and Demeter farming methods. "The precepts of biodynamic viticulture reveal our terroirs and enable the wines to express their identities to the full," he confides. Raphaël is a goldsmith of vines and wine, a man in love with and respectful of nature and its cycles. Hand-harvesting, natural vinification, zero inputs... minimal intervention to let the terroir speak for itself and produce natural, fresh and authentic wines. We love it!
