Am Morgen das Frühstück, Salami und Käse auf einen unsauberen Holzbrett, das Brot nicht frisch, konnte aber in einen unsauberen Toaster getoastet werden. Neben dem Kaffee stand Milch, im nachhinein haben wir erfahren das das die Milch für die Katzen war und das war dann echt zu viel für mich. Die Sauberkeit und Hygiene lässt zu wünschen übrig. Eins darf ich aber noch positiv erwähnen, beide Gastgeber sind sehr sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Ich denke das Projekt wo sie meistern müssen ist sehr gross. Das Abendessen war frisch und regional zubereitet und schmeckte uns sehr gut. Der passende Wein dazu war auch im Keller. Wir wünschen Euch viel Tatendrang und gutes Gelingen auf Euren Wegen.

One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious dinner we enjoyed at the restaurant level. The home-cooked meal was absolutely delightful, and the owner recommended a wonderful local wine that perfectly complemented our meal.
The hospitality of the welcoming family who runs the place is something we will never forget. They took care of every little detail, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
We also loved starting our day with a tasty breakfast served in the beautiful garden. The fact that breakfast was available from 8 AM till midday gave us the flexibility to enjoy our mornings at our own pace.
Overall, our experience was amazing, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

Un accueil très chaleureux par les propriétaires qui proposent de très bon repas fins et fait maison, élaborés avec des produits de leur jardin et qui se sont adaptés aux contraintes de notre groupe avec gentillesse.
Des chambres agréables et propres avec tout le nécessaire.
Une situation idéale pour un séjour touristique au cœur des châteaux cathares, dans un cadre paisible.

Absolutely charming old winery hotel, super hosts, exceptionally delicious dinner, mesmerizing nature all around, just loved this place!
