The family confectionery, biscuit and chocolate factory was created in 1962 by André Labaume. The company is constantly developing and the third generation is concerned with respecting the traditional recipes of yesteryear and local specialities such as touron, Rousquilles, almond crunchies, but also chocolate and the crown of red Roussillon apricots in a pretty lorry in the colours of the Tech confectionery. Let's not forget the terrace tea room for the greedy ones to taste the home-made pastries with a coffee or an agua limon.
