Another one of those good little addresses that people pass on by word of mouth! The dishes are nothing fancy, but Val prepares simmered dishes worthy of the best family tables, such as pot-au-feu, pork cheek with banyuls, boeuf bourguignon, daube provençale and many other lip-smacking recipes. In summer, the cuisine takes on a summery hue, with beautiful pieces of grilled meat and mouth-watering, well-stocked salads. As for desserts, all the delicacies are homemade: lemon meringue pie (a real treat), tiramisu with Nutella and Oreo, the choice and quality are there. The room is well laid out and tastefully decorated in a very bistro chic style, with attractive, comfortable black cabriolet armchairs surrounding the grey melamine tables. As for the service provided by Val's partner Coco, it's impeccable and smiling. An address to remember!
