Romain, grandson of Marcel Petit, creator of the legendary cheese dairy of the same name in the upper Doubs, and Rosa, a Catalan from the Cerdane, open the doors of an unusual creamery which, while favouring local cheeses, does not forget to give pride of place to the flavours of the Jura.
