The southernmost olive groves in France are in the Pyrénées-Orientales! Olivier invites you to discover his farm of olive trees planted on terraces. 7 varieties spread over 12 ha and cultivated without any pesticides to revive a tradition extinct since the terrible frost of 1956. At the oil bar, you will taste a selection of oils such as Authentique, Argoudeil or Courbeil. The guided tour of the olive groves and the mill is followed by a tasting.
