Establishment offering products from organic farming and organic wines.
One thing leading to another, the Neuf Caves has become a restaurant and a wine bar with an original and offbeat concept. An old cellar rehabilitated into a living space. A vast room in its own right and in the centre the kitchen. Natural and organic wines are given pride of place, as well as producers and fishermen. Approximately 60% of the products offered are from organic farming. The wines are sold at estate prices without corkage fees. Bravo ! The 9 cellars have just opened 3 superb gîtes fitted out with ecological and natural materials. To taste or visit absolutely!
