The Thalasso program is all about relaxing, energizing and letting go. You can opt for a cure, à la carte treatments, Liberté or Escale package, giving you access to the Espace Forme Marin with 2 large indoor and outdoor seawater pools heated to 30°, a hammam, sauna, cardio-fitness room, solarium and marine aerosol room. A team of professionals will suggest treatments tailored to your needs and desires, such as the 100% natural magnesium oil created by Côté Thalasso and Thallon Laboratories to relieve stress, sleep disorders and joint or muscle pain. New treatments are offered regularly, so it's best to come as often as possible! For a short getaway, the day or half-day packages will give you an idea of the benefits of thalassotherapy... So you can come back another time for longer.
