As its name indicates, this organic farm farm, certified Nature and Progress, offers a range of products that are mostly harvested during the summer, September and October. Christian and Sabine Clermon are trying to make you taste amazing scents: jam of "citrorange", vine fishing or green tomato… As for chestnuts, they appear in cream, but also in anise or cognac, of course flour and even in plant blocks.
