This exploitation has made sheep farming, especially lamb, its first specialty. Here we practice direct selling of lamb meat, which is traditionally cut: whole carcass, half-caissette or caissette 10 kg. Thus, the flavours of the meat of the Lozere Mountains will be present on your plates, and even directly since delivery at home is possible from late December until mid-February and end of May until end of July.
