FARIBORNE

In Pied-de-Borne, chestnuts or, according to the false but often used name, "marron" are grown and processed. Located in the hamlet, the company Fariborne produces organic chestnut flour. The organically grown chestnuts are dried and then sorted by hand before being ground in the mill.
