Made in Lozère since the early 1900s, croquant - a vanilla cookie sprinkled with almonds and hazelnuts - is the star of the Maison Majorel. As old and notorious as its famous recipe, this Mendois institution is now run four-handed by Bruno, great-grandson of the croquant's inventor, and his wife Sylvie, who greedily runs the store. Together, they nurture a centuries-old family know-how and distribute happiness in small bites with their homemade chocolates, cookies and ice creams.

Se chupa el dedo para anotar un pedido en la libreta, toca el dinero y coge todos nuestros pasteles con las manos en lugar de usar guantes o una pinza, que asco.

L'anno scorso a marzo siamo passati da qua' con rotta gap-briancon Italia, siamo in camper, e siamo andati a vedere la chiesa rientrando al camper siamo passati davanti la pasticceria e abbiamo comprato un torta di mele, ci è rimasta impressa e quest'anno con rotta verso la Normandia abbiamo fatto una deviazione per ripassare da qua' dove abbiamo ricomprato una torta come la scorsa, ne vale proprio la pena, favolosa. Complimenti e molto carine le signore dietro il bancone.
