This bakery and patisserie is a real institution in Mende, thanks in particular to its stone bread with cranberries and hazelnuts. Alex makes everything homemade in his lab 10 km from Mende. The shop's best-sellers are made with traditional flour. Local raw materials that give a taste of the terroir and authenticity. Also on sale are the crunchy, addictive almond and hazelnut biscuits from Kermes, as well as the shortbread, made with honey and walnuts, in line with the same quality and short-distance approach.
