The Lozerian defines himself as "the king of the dry mushroom". Ceps, morels, meadow mushrooms, chanterelles, death trumpets and other grey chanterelles, picked over the seasons in the French undergrowth, are indeed dried according to a traditional method that guarantees a better preservation of the aromas and textures of each species. On its online shop, Le Lozérien also offers mushroom powders, as well as flavoured products: oil, salt or rice with mushrooms in particular. The kit includes a sachet of dried mushrooms to be rehydrated in a mixture of fresh cream and milk, as well as a dose of powder that serves as a binder for the preparation, ideal to accompany a duck breast or a potato pan.
