BÉNÉDICTE RAMEAU
In the Vallon des Fouzes, surrounded by chestnut trees and an apple orchard, Bénédicte Rameau transforms her apples into juice and creates "marvelous chestnut delights", "chestnut, apple and saffron delights" and "natural chestnuts". On the heights of the apple orchard, Bénédicte has installed a saffron farm: here she grows the famous crocus sativus, saffron flowers that are picked every day during the flowering period. The pistils are then cut, dried and potted (0.1 g, 0.2 g and 1 g). You'll also appreciate saffron syrup for your pastries!
