FLORAC PARK HOUSE

The Castle of Florac exists since the XIIIth century, but it suffered from the wars of Religion. Entirely rebuilt in 1652, it has housed the headquarters of the Cévennes National Park since 1973. The restoration allowed to keep the general silhouette of the building: a rectangle surmounted by two round towers with pointed roof.
