Restaurant with a nice decor cooking the products on the shelf in Florac-Trois-Rivières.
Chez les paysans, is a restaurant where they cook the products on the shelves: soups, aligot sausage, meat from the region, salted meats and cheeses from their farm (La Ferme des Cévennes),... The decor is very nice, in a building with a beautiful wooden frame, with a very "peasant" table setting. Also, it is possible to visit their farm by going to the meeting of their animals on an educational path of approximately one hour and half, to visit the eco-museum as well as the cellars of affinages where the sausages and cheeses are refined.
