For decades, this structure has been breeding horses and ponies that it rents out to riders, with a loyal clientele that has followed it from the beginning. Whatever the duration chosen (by the hour, by the day, by the week or even longer), the prices are very soft, and the horses are used to the outdoors. But beware, you will not have an instructor or a companion: the horses are therefore reserved for riders who are already experienced! Perfect for a horse ride in the heart of the Margeride. Reservation is compulsory.

This association, which produced a topo-guide to short hikes, offers guided hikes and themed outings (botany, birds, farm produce, etc.) around Grandrieu and in the Margeride region: twenty-five signposted loop trails starting from Grandrieu, ranging from 4 km to 27.2 km, a 75 km cantonal tour that can be completed in three days... This lake, built on the stream that gave its name to the village, is usually put in water around mid-June. Installed to enlarge the tourist offer on the Margeride, it benefits from several leisure facilities: games for children, two tennis courts and a refreshment bar. In the middle of the season, you can enjoy the pleasures of the water without fear, as swimming is supervised from July 14 to August 20. Set in the middle of a green environment, the lake is a very pleasant place to be on sunny days.
