On the front of this pretty wine cellar, we notice a small barrel hanging on the wall. We enter to discover the wooden cupboards well supplied with local nectars. The welcome is very warm. The owner is a winegrower of the village who works in organic agriculture to propose a variety of muscatel wine of Mireval, dry muscatel, red wine raised in oak barrels, rosé... You can also find grape juice, table grapes and apricots in season.

Lovers of natural wines and wines made in organic farming, this address is made for you. We appreciate the pleasant welcome and the good advice distilled in the middle of the cupboards filled with good bottles. Here, each bottle is selected with care and passion, concern for the environment and for the winemakers who cultivate the local vineyards. Organic wines are available in all colors, whites, rosés, reds and muscats (from Mireval and Frontignan), all from the region. The cellar also offers a large choice of natural wines.

Since 1996, Olivier Robert has been passionately cultivating 3 ha of vines on plots that have belonged to his family for four generations. On his estate, the smallest in the Frontignan AOC, he produces wines of all three colors, as well as muscats. Whites and rosés are good table wines, while the reds - Pays d'Hérault Collines de la Moure wines - are typical of the South of France: concentrated, powerful and highly aromatic. On site, this independent winemaker offers a warm welcome in a former mazet. With a superb view, the mas overlooks the sea and the Aresquiers plain.

This family-run winery welcomes Muscat lovers and the curious in search of discovery. Their business is devoted to wines of character, all made from the "muscat blanc à petits grains" grape variety, so emblematic of the area. The Sala family share their passion through tastings and events, as well as sales at the winery. Between tours of the estate, educational explanations and introductions, there's a lot to learn. The estate is also a partner of Les Emmuscades, with open-air cinema sessions held in the vineyards.

Florence Monferran is both a historian and a winemaker, which gives her a very particular approach to the vine. Here, she brings back to life small plots of Muscat à petits grains to offer sweet, natural, light and organic wines. At Clos de Miège, she highlights the historical winegrowing heritage of the area by reproducing the conditions of elaboration and practices of excellence of the ^17th and ^18th centuries. The cuvées l'Originel, Prima Ora, and its natural sparkling wine are very interesting wines without inputs.

In the heart of the lagoon, a beautiful vineyard is located next to a pine forest and aromatic plants, with exceptional sunshine. Tastings of Muscats and Languedoc wines are organized throughout the year and the place welcomes receptions and seminars. The great specialty of the house is "Funambulles", a sparkling wine 100% Muscat, ideal for the aperitif. The Domaine also offers a walk through the vineyard with a nature guide, a visit of the cellars, followed by a tasting of the vintages with small food and wine pairings.
