In Vic-la-Gardiole, you will discover a fortified Romanesque church from the 12th century, classified as a historical monument, and in the center of the authentic Languedoc village, narrow streets with vaulted passages. On the same land, there is a massif of hills covered with woods and garrigues, an agricultural plain, a land of muscatel and a vast coastal strip bathed by the sea. One can enjoy walks to watch migratory birds, egrets, flamingos, avocets that evolve in the saltbush and saladelle. This pretty village is also the starting point of many hikes or mountain bike rides in the Aresquiers wood or in the Gardiole massif.
