Did you notice the "S" in cellars? It's not a typo, there are several, 5 to be precise in Béziers, Montpellier, Vias, Cap d'Agde and Agde. Created in Vias in 1974 by Jean Nouguier and Alain Calmels, you will find here a good sample of the best wine produced in the region, in bottles of course, but also in Bibs and in bulk. The Calmels cellars also offer a choice of exclusively local beers such as Allary organic beer as well as champagnes, spirits and other liqueurs.
