Founded in 1963, this Sétoise cannery has now been awarded the "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" (Living Heritage Company) label. Here, seafood is treated with experience and respect. A true institution between terroir and gastronomy: fish soups, octopus rouille and marinades, mussels, stuffed squid, brandades... The Collège Culinaire de France has even recognized it as a "Producteur Artisan De Qualité". You can also come and visit the company and taste its tasty products!

AZAÏS-POLITO, a family-run, artisanal cannery, is known and recognized in the Languedoc-Roussillon region for its quality. This small, family-run business is the last cannery in the town of Sète, the leading fishing port in the Mediterranean, where it was founded in 1963 by two old families of Sétois canners who still run it today ..
AZAÏS-POLITO guarantees you 100% NATURAL seafood products and invites you to discover "Sétoise" specialties such as Sétoise Rockfish Soup, Sétoise Rouille and the famous Sétoise Stuffed Mussels and Squid, which it was the first to can and market on the French market in the early 60s. La Conserverie also offers a range of "regional" specialties, each more succulent than the last, such as Aïoli, Bouillabaisse, Crustacean Soups and Veloutés, Brandade de Morue, Anchoyade, and a whole host of sauces to accompany fish, shellfish and crustaceans... always prepared with respect for tradition... for the pleasure of the most discerning gourmets!
