Julie is at the helm of this artisanal, family-run cannery, processing fish caught directly by her husband, Jordan. Bluefin tuna, which is at the heart of the establishment's offerings, is fished in a traditional, sustainable way off the coast of Sète, in compliance with current regulations and hygiene standards, using longlines. They are present at summer festivals, to offer tastings of their tartare, carpaccio... and propose original jar recipes for aperitifs, based on very fresh tuna.
