Aligot sausage, truffade à la tome de Laguiole young mountain and tripoux "Le Ségalou" Aveyron: the Tome Filante serves these specialities on the markets of the Pic Saint-Loup, during festivals and receptions as well as on specialised fairs. Note that since 2016, these dishes are served in a bowl made of sugar cane pulp, in a concern for eco-responsibility. And the trays, plates and cutlery are fully biodegradable and compostable (also made of sugar cane pulp and corn starch).
