ARC RAVINE

Only a few kilometers from Saint-Martin-de-Londres, in the direction of Ganges, the Ravin des Arcs is one of the favorite walks of the Montpellier inhabitants, almost as popular as the ascent of the Pic Saint-Loup. A marked path runs along a tributary of the Hérault, the Lamalou, and goes down the slope until it reaches the water's edge to finally reach a magnificent natural arch. The waters, sometimes impetuous, sometimes murmuring, of the river have dug arches and caves and carved a kind of path on both sides of its course.
