DOMAINE DE BARROUBIO

Winery

Muscat petit grain is the ideal host for the region's hard limestone. On nearly 30 hectares, the Miquel family plants, cultivates and produces Muscats of gastronomic and international renown. Carrying on the family tradition, they cultivate their vines and bottle a Muscat that is long on the palate, syrupy, and as limpid as a patch of sunshine. But other grape varieties are also part of the mix to produce AOC Minervois wines of excellent reputation: grenache, carignan, syrah... Since 2018, our wines have been awarded the High Environmental Value label.

LE PETIT DOMAINE DE GIMIOS

Winery

Anne-Marie Lavaysse created Petit Domaine de Gimios in the early 1990s in a limestone soil environment that benefits from a hot, dry climate battered by the Mistral wind. The 5 hectares of biodynamic and organic viticulture produce muscats and red wines of incomparable finesse. Here, in the vineyard as in the cellar, there's no copper, sulfur or chemicals, only indigenous yeasts and polyculture. An estate with good farming sense!
