Bread cakes chocolates ice cream

It's true that you don't necessarily expect sweets and chocolates from Pomerols's specialities. But lovers of sweets will not be disappointed by a little detour in the shop of Guy Bouzigues. In his bakery, in the heart of the village, this designer craftsman (European golden laurel) manufactures different varieties of confectionery based on almond paste, praline chocolate, fruit jelly. The gourmands come from a long distance to taste its specialities with the fine picpoul or son chocolate, the Bishops Des and its various tablets of chocolates. For the aperitif, Guy Bouzigues surprises the marriage of black chocolate and salty flavours such as roquefort, roquefort and pear but also to the olive cream of Clermont-l'Hérault.

BEAUVIGNAC - LES COSTIERES DE POMEROLS

Wine Cellar Wine House

Created in 1932, this large vineyard covers 2,400 hectares and brings together 350 winegrowers. Today, this wine cooperative is a world reference, and its wines are frequently awarded. While the majority of sales are exported, there are three cellars in the Hérault region: one in Mèze, another in Pomérols and a third in Pignan, just outside Montpellier. They feature over 40 references, including four different qualities of Picpoul-de-Pinet.
