LES CAVES MOLIÈRE

This pretty cellar is home to the production of the winegrowers of the Pézenas et Caux region. In 2010, the range of wines was completely revamped. No more anonymous bottles, welcome to the Molière range: Fourberies (entry-level), Entracte (varietals), Marquise du Parc (syrah, grenache), Prince de Conti (Syrah, grenache in barrel), Dom Juan (low-yield syrah, grenache) and other nectars. With a glass in hand and ears wide open to discover the secrets of these beverages, one then lets a few drops of Coteaux du Languedoc and local wines roll over one's palate.
