Quietly installed in the dining room or on the terrace, the manager of the establishment welcomes us with dynamism and passion in the heart of the historical center of Pézenas. Home cooking, traditional, simple and composed of good products, slate suggestions varying according to the market, offering a choice between 4 starters, 4 main courses and 3 desserts. The plates also presented on slate breathe freshness and generosity, colourful and very nicely laid out. As a main course, the coustellou simmered in sage butter is sumptuous, nothing to say! At weekends and in the evening, the menu suggests ephemeral dishes: hamburger with foie gras, parillade of meats. A small room upstairs can accommodate birthdays or private parties.

Petit restaurant mais grande cuisine. Une très belle découverte avec des plats originaux et savoureux fait maison. La gérante parle de sa cuisine avec passion. Le plus non négligeable est l'accueil bilingue (anglais) pour les étrangers. Les prix sont corrects. Nous avons passé un bon moment. Il est préférable de réserver.

Nous avons déjeuné ce midi. La gérante qui nous a servi, d’un professionnalisme exemplaire, nous a renseigné sur tout les plats et vins (origine, producteur, cépage …). Étant moi même en restauration, je vous garantis, qu’il n’y a plus beaucoup à ce niveau. Je ne parle pas de la déco épurée, mais très efficace des plats, pour finir, le goût est bien posé et assimilé. Allez y les yeux fermés. En plus la qualité/prix dans le secteur, plus que rare. Merci pour ce très bon moment et à bientôt.
